GROUP TRAINING
NFRONT Athletics group speed training programs are designed with the young athlete in mind teaching proper exercise mechanics and safety. The program commits to reinforcing the proper running fundamentals (knee drive, arm action, and ankle flexion) in conjunction with age-appropriate strength and core exercises. Once coaches have determined that the appropriate developments have been made within each individual youth athlete, they will graduate into more advanced training where focus is on strength development along with more advanced speed, agility and plyometric training.
This program is essential to youth athletes of any and all skill levels. Even though in a group atmosphere the workouts are personalized and catered to the benefit of each individual. Any of our workouts can be modified for our clients that have injuries or want to slow the pace.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training sessions with NFRONT Athletics are offered at any of the off-site training locations listed on the NFRONT webpage, including indoor facilities. In-home training is currently offered in Lake and portions of Cook and McHenry Counties (IL). NFRONT also offers sports performance training for athletes of any age & skill level that are looking for a personalized program tailored to their sport & goals.

TEAM / SMALL GROUP TRAINING
NFRONT will structure team speed training based on the needs of the team as a whole; the program will mainly be focused on specific movements needed for the sport. Speed training criteria is carefully prepared and structured in conjunction with team goals heading into the season.

NFRONT TRACK CLUB
The NFRONT Track Club represents the competitive level of NFRONT youth speed training programs. Young athletes ages 6 – 18 from all abilities and experience levels from the greater Chicago and Milwaukee area are encouraged and welcomed to join the team as we train and compete during summer AAU and USATF track & field seasons.
